Tod Bolsinger is keeping up his series on "The Church and the church" as he critiques Barna's revelution.
I think this critique and this dialogue is extremely important. Wesley and Knox and others held the institutional church in very high regard and had weighty definitions as to what it means to be and do church. Many today are making critiques willy-nilly without a deap respect for the past. Is a church a church just because 2-3 are gathered? Bolsinger doesn't think so and neither did John Knox....read more
